Where We Ship
Made and dispatched from Porto, Portugal.
- Portugal and Spain: Free delivery
- Other supported EU destinations: €5 delivery for orders under €100
- Other supported EU destinations: Free delivery on orders of €100 or more
- Supported European destinations outside the EU: €5 delivery
Available destinations and the final delivery charge are confirmed at checkout.
Production Time
Every canvas is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before dispatch.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Portugal: 1–3 business days
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- Western Europe: 3–7 business days
- Northern Europe: 5–10 business days
- Southern Europe: 5–10 business days
- Eastern Europe: 7–14 business days
- Switzerland and the Isle of Man: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Holidays, severe weather, customs checks and carrier disruption can cause delays.
Order Tracking
We’ll email your tracking details after your order has been dispatched.
Customs and Import Charges
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties or handling charges. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@portugalcanvasco.com. We’ll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We can’t redirect an order after dispatch. Additional charges may apply if an order must be sent again because the address supplied was incorrect.
Damaged Deliveries
If your canvas arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Include clear photographs of the packaging, shipping label and damage, and keep all packaging while we investigate.
