Shipping to the United Kingdom
We are happy to ship our canvas prints to the United Kingdom. Please read the following important information before placing your order.
Delivery Times
Orders shipped to the UK typically take 7–14 business days from dispatch. This is longer than our EU delivery times due to customs processing at the UK border. We dispatch all orders from Portugal within 1–3 business days.
Post-Brexit Customs Charges
As a result of Brexit, orders shipped from Portugal (EU) to the United Kingdom are subject to UK customs regulations. This means:
- Import duty may be charged on your order depending on its value and product type.
- UK VAT (20%) may be due on delivery.
- These charges are determined by UK customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
- Charges are typically collected by the courier before delivery.
Delays
Customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery window. These delays are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for extended delivery times due to UK customs clearance.
Refused Deliveries
If a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid customs charges, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
